Jeff traveled this week to Acton, MA, just outside of Boston, to document a testimonial with one of our clients’ customers. Acton is familiar territory for Jeff. In the ’90s SELMARQ served Milton Roy, a pump company and division of United Technologies headquartered here. Having lived in Vermont in the late ’70s, Jeff is always eager to re-visit the New England states, particularly in the summer months. He stayed at Concord’s Colonial Inn just east of Acton in the storied village of Concord. Plenty of mid-nineteenth century authors resided around here including Nathaniel Hawthorne, Amos Bronson Alcott, Louisa May Alcott, Ralph Waldo Emerson and of course, Henry David Thoreau whose infamous cabin is nearby in Waldon Pond State Park. The Concord grape was also developed here. Cheers!
